COVID 19 Notice to all clients and service users

During this difficult time, Allied Services Trust will continue to work to support our client base by operating as normally as possible.

However, in order to protect everyone and mitigate risk of spreading COVID 19 there will be a few changes to working practices.

We will undertake welfare calls to all our clients and their care providers on a regular basis.

We will seek verbal permissions rather than signed permissions from our administration clients were necessary. 

We will man the office during normal working hours, however our response time may be slightly delayed due to work load.

We will continue to take instructions for clients wishing to make Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications by working remotely.

We will not be sending signed for post, as this needs to be handed in at the post office and signed for on delivery.

We will not be undertaking personal visits to clients.

We will follow Government guidelines with regard to opening the office.
