How we act as a Deputy
Allied Services Trust has Trust Corporation status uniquely granted as a preventative charity by the Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice England and Wales. We act as an organisation. We provide a dedicated Case Administrator to support you.
Allied Services Trust is approved by the Deputy Bond Services.
Why Allied Services Trust Might be appointed to act as a Deputy
Allied Services Trust is able to act as deputy if there are no family members or others willing take on this role to assist you during times of vulnerability.
Why we are different to other professional Deputies
As a registered charity Allied Services Trust is dedicated to the preservation of your funds. We only charge to cover our overheads, there is no profit element included in our costs. Our legally trained staff are graded by skill as detailed by the Senior Courts Costs Office (SCCO) but our charge rate is less.
